These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Propr Homes (“Service”) operated by Propr Homes LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our Services.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by [method of notification, e.g., email, website notice]. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You may need to create a user account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the connection with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
9. Initial Reach Out
A. Upon opting in you can expect to receive one (1) SMS daily regarding your property and a potential offer. You can expect the SMS messages to contain relevant information regarding your property, market, and/or situation.
B. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text ‘STOP’ to the shortcode. Upon sending ‘STOP,’ we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
C. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
D. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one SMS daily. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Clark County, NV. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, NV.
